Equipped with 700T, 1100T, and 1250T presses capable of custom profiles conforming strictly to customer drawings.
Direct extrusion hydraulic presses with automated pullers and cooling run-out tables.
Up to 160 mm CCD for solid profiles and 140 mm CCD for hollow profiles.
Ultra-thin precision walls for lightweighting to heavy-gauge solid mechanical bars.
Supplied in custom cut-to-length sizes, straight bar lengths, or coil form on request.
Manufactured strictly conforming to IS:733, IS:1285, ASTM B221, and EN 755 tolerances.
In-house mechanical buffing; anodizing and powder coating executed by qualified third-party vendors.
